1 lb. stew beef, cubed
1 T. olive oil
2 c. water
1 T. instant beef bouillon
1/4 t. pepper
2 medium carrots, cut into chunks
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 ribs celery, cut into 1" pieces
1 medium onion, cut into small wedges
6 small cabbage wedges

Directions:
In a Dutch oven, brown meat in oil. Add water, bouillon and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage; cover and simmer 30 minutes more. Add cabbage, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
