Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 7 oz Hershey bars Melted
1 lb butter
1 cup white sugar
2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a jelly roll pan. Bring butter and sugar to a roiling boil on high, then reduce heat to medium high, but keep at a roiling boil. This has to be stirred constantly. It takes 7-10 minutes to get done. When the mixture will glop off the spoon, it is almost ready. Stir for another 2 minutes or so until the color is a golden brown or light tan(no more than 5 minutes). j Pour mixture into the greased jelly roll pan. Using a pancake turner, stretch mixture to fill pan, then use it to move toffee from sides of the pan. when mixture is hardened about 1½ inches around all edges, take a paper towel and wipe off all the butter from top of toffee. ( this is so the chocolate will stick and helps harden the toffee) When the mixture is firm, spread half the melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle with half the nuts. Then take the corners of the hard toffee and flip it over into pan. Wipe off the butter on that side. Spread the rest of the chocolate and sprinkle rest of the nuts. Let cool about 24 hours for chocolate to harden. Break into pieces.
