2 16 oz. cans of Veg-All, drained
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese (or Colby), grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Topping--
1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish that was sprayed with Pam. Mix crackers and butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
