Ingredients:  
1 (12oz.) can white shoe peg corn
1 (16oz.) can French-cut green beans
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper

Topping--
1 1/2 cup Ritz cracker, crushed
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Drain corn and green beans. Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with Pam and place mixture in it. Melt butter and stir crumbs in butter (may need additional crumbs for right consistency). Add to top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
