1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup yellow mustard
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
1 large yellow onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in a blender or food processor and puree. Taste for seasoning. You may want to add some more salt, a squirt of mustard, or a tad of vinegar.

Simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes, and it's ready to use. Just baste on meat during cooking.

If you want to use any leftover for dipping sauce, reheat to boiling before use.

From Pam: Here is my best estimation of OJ's recipe. He used to put this on his pork roast that he put on the rotisserie. It was delicious!! Mom would make it too and put it on chicken. Still delicious!!
