Preheat oven to 350º
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
1 pound chopped Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and sugar until well blended
Add flour slowly blending to wet the dry ingredients
Remove the dough from bowl,
place on lightly floured surface
Divide into 4 to 6 sections
Roll each section by hand into a log
Place logs on a greased cookie sheet
Bake for 25 minutes
Lower temperature on oven to 140º
Slice each log 1/4 inch, place on cookie sheet
Return to oven and toast for 10 minutes at 140º
