1 Box Bran Flake Cereal (Can use Raisin Brand if you like raisins)
5 C flour
3 C sugar
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 C vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large plastic or glass bowl with lid, combine 1st 5 ingredients. Make a well in the center of mixture and add eggs, buttermilk, and oil. Stir until well combined. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 5 weeks.

Bake desired number of muffins in 350º oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 5 1/2 dozen muffins.
These are Lewis' favorite muffins. They are an easy breakfast and also are good with dinner.
