1 1/2 c. milk, almost boiling
1 1/2 c. tap water
1/2 c. butter
1 heaping T. yeast
1/2 sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. raisins (opt)
Flour until it doesn't stick to fingers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until flour stops mixing all the way with regular beater and finish on counter. Let raise until double in bulk.
Make into rolls or 5 medium size loaves of raisin bread bread( roll with butter, cinnamon and sugar.
