1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
2 cups rice, cooked
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (can use more)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Saute onions and celery in butter in large pot. Add cheese and soup. Cook until cheese is melted. Add cooked broccoli and cooked rice. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish (sprayed with Pam). Bake 30 minutes.
