2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 stick butter
Pinch of cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
5 qts popped corn
1 cup salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and cream of tartar in saucepan. Bring to boil and cook for 5 mintues. Stir in soda and pour over popcorn and peanuts stirring until covered.
Pour over greased baking sheets. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
