Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Slice red potatoes very thin in a 9x13 inch casserole dish (sprayed with Pam). (Potatoes should be 3-4 slices deep.) Dot with butter. Pour dry Lipton Onion Soup over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake approximately 1 hour--until potatoes are cooked.
