40 ozs. pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice to use later)
1 cup sugar
6 T. flour, self-rising
4-6 T. pineapple juice
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Ritz Crackers (at least one stack), crushed
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix sugar and flour, add juice. Stir until smooth. Add drained pineapple and cheese. Put in greased
(Pam) 9x13 casserole dish. Melt butter and add crushed Ritz crackers. Spread over casserole. Bake 20 minutes.
