32 oz. tater tots
1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. of salsa
1 c. water
8 oz. of cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
2 tomatoes chopped
1 c. chopped onions
3 mini peppers chopped-optional
chopped cilantro-optional
pico de gallo-optional
sour cream-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Prehead oven to 400º. Spray 9x13 pan. Place tots in evenly in the pan. Bake for about 15 minutes. Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning and salsa to browned beef. Cook until water evaporates. Spread on top of potatoes. Bake 10 more minutes. Add cheese over top and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted. In a small bowl, combine onion, tomato, and peppers. Mix together, add cilantro. Top each serving with pico de gallo/cilantro/peppers/sour cream if desired.
