Ziploc baggies
Permanent Marker
Eggs
Fixings as desired (ham, onion, red peppers, green peppers, mushrooms, hash browns, etc), cut into small pieces.
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Write name on Ziploc bag with permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs and pour into the baggie. Knead to mix. Add fixings as desired, except cheese. Make sure to get all excess air out of the baggie and close. Place bags in pot of boiling water for 13 minutes. Can cook 6-8 bags at one time in a large pot. Remove baggies from water, roll omelet onto a plate, sprinkle with cheese and serve.

This is Chuck's go to breakfast for a large group of people who are going to eat at different times. You can't put more than 2 eggs in a baggie, they don't get done enough. Believe me, he's tried!
