CRUST
1 stick butter, melted or very soft
1 cup flour
½ cup finely chopped nuts
Pack onto bottom of 9 x 13 pan and bake till brown in hot oven. Cool.

FILLING
Cream together 2 - 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese &
2 cups powdered sugar.
Fold in 8 oz cool whip
