1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained and squeezed
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix or Epicure Spinach dip mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 c. sour cream
3-5 chopped green onions

1 pumpernickel loaf

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except bread) and let sit for 4 hours. Hollow out bread. Fill hollow with dip.
