1 cup dried apricots
1 cup flake coconut
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat apricots in top of a double boiler over boiling water for 10 minutes.Put apricots,coconuts and nuts in food processer
knead ground mixture with lemon rind,lemon and orange juice. Add enough powdered sugar to make a firm mixture.
Form into balls and roll into powdered sugar.Allow to dry at room temperature for 4 hours.Makes 1 pound
