3 T. bacon grease or oil
4 C. long grain rice
1 C. red Quinoa
1/2 C. Sunflower seeds
6 C. water
1 jar Salsa
3 T. chicken bullion
2 T. Arizona dreaming seasoning mix (See Arizona Dreaming copycat recipe in Miscellaneous section)

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric pressure cooker, place oil or bacon grease in cooker & add the rice & quinoa. Gently toast the rice & quinoa for a couple of minutes.

Then add the sunflower seeds, AZ seasoning, salsa, water & chicken bullion. Stir until well combined.

Place lid on cooker & cook using rice setting. Turn off heat & let pressure do down naturally.
You can make this with brown rice, just cook longer in the pressure cooker.

I use MINUTE - Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice.
My electric pressure cooker setting for rice is 12 minutes & that work great for me.
