5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
5 cups frozen baby lima beans
2 cups frozen sweet yellow corn
1 or 2 fresh tomatoes (diced) or 1 can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon ground blacck pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, bring broth, beans, and corn to a boil over high heat.
Boil for 3 min, then reduce heat to low.
Add tomatoes. Stir in butter and pepper.
Cook on low ~20 minutes, until beans are tender.
Stir in sugar.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, then add salt to taste.
