This recipe is made to be little less sweet than most traditional recipes. It only uses about ¼ of the amount of sweetened condensed milk. You'll get plenty of sweetness from the chocolate syrup, but if you want more sweetness, you can add more of the milk if you like. Adapted from the Nestle Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream.

2 C Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ C Sweetened Condensed Milk
¾ C Chocolate Syrup
Pinch of Salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer, add all the ingredients. Starting at a low speed start mixing, then as the mixture starts to thicken go up to the highest speed and mix until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over mix or “break” the whip cream mixture. Pour into a freezer safe container and cover and freeze for about 4-5 hours. In 3-4 you have a “soft serve” type ice cream. If you prefer a more firm texture freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
