Cream
1 cup butter or margarine with
⅔ cup sugar until fluffy

Beat in
1 egg and
½ tsp flavoring

Add
1 cup flour and beat until batter is smooth. Add rest of flour 1½ cups and mix by hand until mixture is well blended. Chill for about 30 minutes.

Directions:
Place dough in cookie press, hold upright on ungreased cookie sheet in desired shapes. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes.
