Ingredients: 3/4 cup Sugar 1 lg. Egg 1 1/2 cup Flour, all purpose 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg 1/4 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. melted butter for dipping 1/2 cup sugar for rolling 1 Tbsp. cinnamon for rolling

Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. In a small bowl beat egg then mix with milk and vanilla. Pour all at once into bowl with dry ingredients. Add melted butter and immediately mix together with fork. Mix until all dry ingredients are wet. Batter may be slightly lumpy.
Fill muffin tins to 3/4 full and put in preheated oven. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until muffins are done. Remove form oven and place on cooling rack until muffins are just warm.
Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and melt 2 Tablespoons of butter in another. Dip the top of each muffin into the butter and then immediately into cinnamon sugar mixture.
