1 ½ cups (~20 crackers) graham cracker crust, 9”x13” pan
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
3 bananas
1 pint whipped topping
½ cup chopped pecans
3 oz. marachino cherries

Crust:
Crush about 20 graham crackers for at least 1½ cups. Melt ¼ cup butter & mix into crushed crackers to moisten crackers; then press into 9”x13” pan to form a wafer crust.

Filling:
Drain pineapple well.
Combine ¼ cup evaporated milk with cream cheese & blend well. Mix in 2/3 of the pineapple (1 cup), then spread over the wafer crust.

Topping:
Combine remaining ¼ cup butter, powdered sugar, chocolate pieces & evaporated milk in sauce pan. Cook, stirring constantly until thick & smooth, then let cool for a chocolate sauce.

Assembly:
Slice bananas over the pineapple & cream cheese layer.
Top with the cooled chocolate sauce.
Spread whipped cream topping over all.
Sprinkle top with pecans, remaining pineapple & cherries.
