4 cups frozen hashed brown potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup water
3 cups milk
1 12 oz can whole kernel corn
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine frozen potatoes, onion, margarine and water in 3 qt sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 mins or until potatoes are tender. Add milk and corn. Simmer and season with salt and pepper. Simmer 10 more minutes stirring

Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cheese
