1 lb noodles cooked and drained
⅔ cup half & half
⅔ cup milk
12 oz cream cheese softened, cut into cubes
⅓ cup butter or margarine soft cut in cubes
2 tsp flour
salt, pepper & garlic to taste
8 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese
shredded Parmesan to sprinkle on top

Preheat crock pot on high. Melt butter and cream cheese. As it melts, add milk and half & half. Stir in flour. Cook for 20 minutes or so. Turn the crock pot to low as the mixtures cook together. Add noodles - if they are cold-rinse in Hot water first. Then add the grated Parmesan cheese, about 10 minutes before planning to serve. Add milk if the mixture begins to dry or is to thick.
