SAUCE
1 - 8 oz tomato sauce
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard

MEAT LOAF
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs beaten
1 cup quick oats
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seaning
1 tsp dried parsley
½ the sauce

Directions:
Directions:
For the sauce, combine the ingredients and set aside.

Meat loaf - mix together ground beef, eggs, quick oats, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning dried parsley and ½ the sauce mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove from oven drain, then pour remaining sauce over loaf and return to oven and bake another 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
