Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 medium chicken breast, cut into small bite size pieces, seasoned as indicated below
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into bite size (I used canned)
1 medium onion, sliced vertically
2 T. oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (I use garlic in jar)
½ -1 t. ground ginger
½ t. Worcestershire sauce
⅛ - ¼ t. crushed red pepper
6-8 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked in salted water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, add a little oil to cook chicken bites. Season with garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. (I added this step, so these are not the seasonings listed in the recipe). Brown chicken bites and set aside. Add oil to skillet and saute onions (and asparagus if using fresh). Cook a few minutes until tender. Add seasonings and mix well. Add cooked spaghetti, chicken, and canned asparagus. Mix well.

Personal Notes:
This recipe did not have meat in it. I added chicken. I like to butter bbq bread slices and bake until toasted. Add slaw or pears with cheese and you have a great meal.
