Lasagna Recipe

1 (15 oz) package of Whole Milk Ricotta
3 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella, divided
1 large Egg beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan
2 TBS Chopped fresh Parsley leaves
1 box lasagna noodles
2 jars of favorite pasta sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.

2. In a large pot, cook noodles according to the package instructions.

3. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella and egg, set aside.

4. Spread sauce on bottom of pan, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozarella cheese. Repeat layers.

5. Top with parmesan cheese.

6. Bake for 50 minutes covered, then 10 more minutes uncovered.
