Mop ingredients
* 3 Tbsp olive oil
* 3 Tbsp butter , melted
* 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Shrimp
* 1 1/2 to 2 Lb of 30 to 40 count raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
* Tails can be left on if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the mop ingredients in a small bowl.
Thread the shrimp onto water soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers.
Brush them liberally with the mop and grill them ,turning as needed, until they are cooked (pink in color).
Three to five shrimp can be put on each skewer , depending on the size.
Hints: The grilled shrimp can be dipped in tarter sauce and enjoyed, or used in or other shrimp dishes.
