1 - 32 oz bag frozen tater tots thawed
1 lb Mexican Chorizo
1 cup Queso dip
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
3 assorted bell peppers seeds removed, chopped finely
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup chopped tomato
sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed tater tots in a large baking dish and bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes, until crispy. Brown Chorizo and drain off fat. Microwave Queso dip until pour-able. Remove tater tots from oven. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Cover with chorizo. Pour queso dip over the chorizo Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with tomatoes, cilantro, pepper, etc.
