1 lb hamburger
½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ cups chopped celery
1 cup rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup (really, any "cream of")
2 soup cans water
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
mushrooms optional
Chow mein noodles optional

Directions:

Fry hamburger, onions and celery together until hamburger is done. Drain
Mix all ingreadients together and put into greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for about an hour. Top with chow mein noodles last 15 minutes if desired
