1 - 1 lb pkg partially thawed broccoli or 2 large bunches fresh
partially steamed or par-boiled
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 sticks buter
2 roll Ritz cracker, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together broccoli and water chestnuts and put into a 9 x 13 dish. Chunk the Velveeta and put on top of vegetables.
Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers, sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
