1 cups grits
4 cups water
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic minced
3 beaten eggs
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine girts and water. Boil until set. Add butter, garlic, eggs. Then stir in 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Pour inot greased deep dish casserole. Bake @ 375º uncovered for 1 hour.
