4 C Flour
1 3/4 C butter
1 TBS sugar
1 egg
1/2 C water
1 TBS white vinegar

Directions:

Mix sugar,flour and salt
Cut in butter
Beat egg, water and vinegar together then mix into flour mixture.

This recipe makes 2 large pie crusts.

If I only need one pie crust then I use the remaining dough to make cinnamon sugar roll-ups.

Roll the left over crust into a rectangle. Spread butter on dough then sprinkle on cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cut dough into strips. Roll each strip up and make @ 350 for approx. 12 min or until golden brown.
