1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped celery
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
2 heaping teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup water

Brown onion and celery in butter. Saute and add the remaining ingredients.
Pour over meat and cook slowly for 2 hours.
