1st layer
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cups oleo
1/2 cuts nuts


2nd layer
8 ox cream cheese
1 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 cup frozen whipped topping

3rd layer
2 6 ox insant chocolate pudding
6 cups milk

4th layer
1 cup frozen whipped topping over pudding and sprinkle with nuts or coconut

1st layer
Mix and press into a 9 by 13 in pan. Bake at 375
degrees for 15 minutes. Let Cool

2nd layer
Cream cheese and add sugar, then whipped topping. Spread over cooled 1st layer


3rd layer
Mix well and pour over 2nd layer.

4th layer
Spread 1 cup of frozen whipped topping over pudding and sprinkle with nuts or coconut.
