2 Tbsp. canola oil or bacon grease
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. water (may take a little more)
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all purpose flour
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Combine above ingredients in large bowl and mix well. If dough seems too stiff, add a little more water.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface and roll out to desired thickness. Cut with small cookie cutters or biscuit cutter.
Bake for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Store in a covered container.
