SLAW
1 medium head cabbage, grated
1 large carrot, grated
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine

DRESSING
½ cup oil
1 ½ tbsp sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine slaw ingredients in large bowl and cover with 1 cup sugar. DO NOT MIX.

Combine dressing in saucepan and bring to a boil Pour hot over cabbage mix. DO NOT MIX. Refrigerate 5-6 hours then mix. This will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks covered.
