1 lb Italian sausage (mild or hot)
4-5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion chopped
½ cup cooked bacon pieces
2 tsp garlic minced
1 cup kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
32 oz chicken broth
2 tsp flour or 2 tsp cornstarch made into a paste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, garlic and onion. Add chopped potatoes and cover with broth. Cook until tender. Add cream, flour and kale. Heat until thickened. Add bacon. Serve with rolls or crackers.
