1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion chopped (reserve part)
1 -29 oz can tomato sauce
1 -14 oz can diced tomatoes
3 bays leaves
1-2 gloves garlic minced
½ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp white vinegar
1 ½ tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
1-2 lb cooked pasta
Oyster crackers
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Then add the onion, tomato sauce, dice tomatoes, bay leaves, garlic, all spice, white vinegar, chili powder, salt, black pepper, kidney beans and simmer for 4-5 hours. Cook spaghetti as directed on box. Serve over cooked pasta topped with onions, shredded cheese, and hot sauce as desired. Oyster cracker are usually placed beneath the spaghetti.
