6 slices bacon, chopped in small dice
3 cans French style green beans
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 large potatoes chopped in small dice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put bacon in heavy soup pot and cook until crisp. Drain the juice from the green beans into the soup pot. Add the onions and cook until they become translucent. Add the potatoes and cook until just done. Add the green beans, mushroom soup, vinegar, and brown sugar. Let soup simmer for about 10 minutes to blend flavors. If soup looks a little thick you can add some water to then out. If you like mushroom, you can add a can of mushroom pieces.
