Salad:

2 small packages baby spinach
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 package sliced mushrooms
¾ lb grated swiss cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
½ lb cooked bacon crumbles

Dressing:

¾ cup vinegar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp poppy seeds
¾ cup sugar
1½ tsp salt
¾ tsp dry mustard
1 sliced red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing and sliced onion in a jar. Prepare salad ingredients separately. Just prior to serving, mix all salad ingredients together and cover with dressing. Toss until coated.
