4 large tomatoes, finely chopped
10 green onion, chopped
3 tsp raw garlic finely chopped
3 - 15 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
2 - 8 oz cans corn, drained (optional)
6 tbsp olive oil
7 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp salt

Mix oil, vinegar, salt and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill over night or at least 6 hours. (Cilantro may be added-optional)
