14 oz can diced tomatoes
15 oz can pinto beans
15 oz can black beans
15 oz can kidney beans
1/4 cup diced jalepenos
6 oz can tomato paste
1 lb ground beef
5 medium potatoes, cubed
1 cup diced onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, and then add all ingredients to your crock pot (you will need a big crock pot for this). Let sit in the crock pot on low for about 5 hours. Drain off the beans if it’s too thin. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
