2 c. flour
1 c. butter
½ tsp. salt
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
Filling:
2 eggs
1½ c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1½ c. chopped pecans
¼ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, butter, salt and cream cheese together. Divide into four parts and chill. Mix all filling ingredients together. Using one part of dough at a time break off bits of dough and roll into balls the size of a nickle. Place a ball in each cup of a mini muffin pan. Press dough to make a cup shape going up the sides. Fill each cup half full of sugar mixture. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 2-3 minutes before removing.
