3 large mangos peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
2 peaches peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
1-2 roasted red bell peppers skinned, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 roasted green chili skinned, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 table spoon peach schnapps
red onion finley chopped to taste
chili powder and black pepper to taste
dash of kosher salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a non-metal bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 1-2 days.
