Ingredients: Dressing Ingredients: * 1/4 cup of chopped onion * 3/4 cup of sugar * 1 tsp of dry mustard * 1 tsp salt * 1/3 cup white vinegar * 1 cup of vegetable or olive oil * 1 tsp soy sauce * 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Directions: |
Directions:Mix all ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in blender. Blend well ,then gradually pour in the sesame seeds and blend well. Chill until ready to serve. . |

Ingredients: * 1 package (10 oz ) of Baby Spinach.(washed and blotted dry) * Option one: 1 or more (11 oz) cans of Mandarin oranges drained * Option two:1 quart or more of strawberries cored and cut into 2 to 4 pieces * 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese * sliced toasted almonds (optional)

Directions: |
Directions:Toss all ingredients except the almonds. Let people take a serving of greens and add the amount of dressing they desire. They can sprinkle some almonds on top if they desire. Hints:1)If spinach leaves are large , chop them to the size you desire. 2) If you use strawberries cut the smaller ones in two and the larger ones in four pieces. 3) Splenda can be substituted for the sugar for diabetic diets |
