28 oz. can tomatoes chopped up with juice
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped green pepper
2 bay leaves
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. salt
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
To thicken:
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything but shrimp and thickening ingredients. Place mixture in crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Stir in shrimp. Cover and cook an additional 20 minutes. Slowly blend 2 tbsp. water and 2 tbsp. cornstarch. Stir cornstarch mixture into shrimp mixture and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally until thickened. Serve over cooked rice
