2 C. Butter, cold, cubed
5 C. Flour
1/4 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Iced Water
2 (18 oz)cans Sweet Red Beans
4 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 C. Milk for wash

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line pan w/parchment paper, set aside.
In food processor blend butter & flour until crumbly like peas. Lightly mix in water until dough forms, let rest for 15 min. Roll out & cut into circles.
Fill each circle w/red beans. Fold dough edges around filling & place seam side down on pan.
Lightly brush with milk. Bake for 35 - 40 min.
