2 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 C. Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Add in yogurt & oil & mix well. Add 1/2 C. water Water slowly the dough should be soft. Knead. Let rest for 2 - 3 hours in a greased bowl.
Roll out until about 1/4" thick or even thicker, place on a non-greased pan (a light weight pan you can flip over because you need the heat from the flames to cook the top & a non stick pan will slide the dough off).
When all cooked from the bottom and the top. The dough will come off pan easily. Remove and place on plate.
You can brush bread with garlic, oil, butter, parsley, etc.
